Final Exams & EOCs & VOCATs
SPHS Parents
Here are a few things that you can do to help your child do their best on their Finals, EOCs and VOCATs.
1. Please ensure that your child gets an adequate amount of sleep.
2. Please ensure that your child eats a balanced, nutritional breakfast.
3. Give your child a quite environment to study and review their course material.
4. Encourage your child to do their best, and help to relieve test anxiety.
5. Dress in layers to offset cool or hot classroom environments.
